How to Order
Ordering from Mamma Earth is quick and simple. You can place orders online, over the telephone or by mail order/cheque. Online Order 1. Add products you wish to buy to the basket. 2. When finished shopping click 'View Basket'. 3. Check contents and click 'Checkout' 4. If a new customer click 'Continue to checkout' and input your details. 5. If you are already a customer, login with your details. 6. Check contents and delivery address then click 'Place order now'. 7. Choose payment options: either online credit/debit card or cheque/telephone/mail order. 8. Input card details securely or print off the order form. Telephone Order Call us on 0845 867 6517 and place order. Alternativley follow steps 1 - 8 above, choosing 'Telephone Order' at the payment page then call us with the order number. This speeds up telephone orders and all you need to do is give card details. Mail Order Follow steps 1-8 above, choosing 'Mail Order' at payment page, print out form and send cheque. If you don't have a printer, take note of the order number and send it along with payment. Alternativley, send a note of what you would like to order along with a cheque made payable to 'Mammaearth' and send to Mamma Earth, 16 West Chapelton Drive, Bearsden, Glasgow, G61 2DA. Contact us in advance for delivery charges. |
