Raw Chocolate Twilight

Ingredients: virgin cacao butter, mulberries, cacao nibs, algarroba (american carob), sea salt. Free from sugar, dairy and gluten. 100% raw.

Super creamy and lush, twilight is the nearest thing to milk chocolate - without adding the milk and sugar... yummy! minimum 52% cacao solids.

This chcoclate is made using un-roasted cacao, plus sundried or cold-pressed ingredients from bean to bar and never add sugar, dairy or anything artificial. A specially developed low-impact method keep our ingredients cool during production. Our ingredients are from small-scale producers in South America, who use pesticide-free growing methods. The result is a unique product, a taste of pure, buzzing chocolate.


Raw cacao (Theobroma Cacao). Apart from being delicious, pure cacao is a nutritional powerhouse with high levels of stress-busting antioxidants, minerals and feel-good nutrients. The list of health benefits is endless and current research adds to it every day!

Virgin cacao butter (Theobroma Cacao) provides essential fatty acids and, being a saturated tropical fat, won't raise your cholesterol levels as other saturated fats. It's also less likely to cause weight gain compared to refined or hydrogenated fats.
 
Algarroba, American carob (Prosopis juliflora) is a sweet seedpod used traditionally in the Americas.  As well as being rich in minerals and protein, it helps stabilizing blood sugar levels and is rich in fructose, which is why we like to use it.
 
 Mulberries (Morus Alba) are native to China, where they've had long medical use. They're rich iron, vitamin C and K and have a toning effect on the kidneys. We love them for their toffee-like sweetness.
 
 Vanilla pods (Vanilla Planifolia), loved throughout history for their delicious aroma, which are said to have calming and aphrodisiac as well as appetite-supressing effects. We like what it does to our chocolate.
 
 Himalayan rock salt is a fossil marine salt which was formed over 200 million years ago. It contains all minerals and trace elements that are found in the human body. We add it for it's mineral content and to balance the flavour of our bars.
